About me
Dr Zainab Sabri has both her Obstetrics and Gynaecology Fellowship from Iraq in 2003, has achieved the specialist recognition at one of prestigious Johns Hopkins international hospitals, and the Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Fellowship in 2011.
These qualifications have provided Zainab with an immense range of experience in the fields of obstetrics and gynaecology. Her interests include looking after women of all ages with menstrual disorders, ovarian pathology, incontinence, and contraception requirements.
Zainab has been living and working as a consultant since moving to Ballarat with her husband Mr Ahmed Naqeeb and three children in 2012. Zainab has provided extensive services in obstetrics and gynaecology, is now privately consulting and operates weekly. She also has a passion for teaching and takes every opportunity to train specialist doctors and university students during their rotations.
Looking back on all the people Zainab has had the honour and pleasure of being involved with in their care and with their babies, she sees it as a privilege. Her interests include looking after women of all ages with menstrual disorders, ovarian pathology, incontinence, and contraception requirements.
Zainab’s patient focus is to deliver exceptional clinical care for women in both the public and private sectors, leveraging her vast experience in the latest research and techniques.
